As a Technology Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and workshops to our teams. You will play a crucial role in equipping participants with the essential technological skills, tools, and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery:
- Conducts engaging and informative training sessions in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments.
- Provides hands-on, practical training to ensure participants can apply what they have learned effectively.
- Curriculum Development:
- Assists in developing and updating training materials, modules, and curricula to keep pace with evolving technology trends and industry best practices.
- Assists in customizing training content to suit the specific needs of various groups.
- Technology Expertise:
- Stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology, software, and hardware to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Assessment and Feedback:
- Assesses participants’ understanding and skills, offering constructive feedback and guidance to facilitate improvement.
- Implements evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Individualized Support:
- Provides one-on-one coaching or additional support for participants who require extra assistance in mastering specific technologies.
- Training Documentation:
- Assists in maintaining records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress.
- Assists in preparing reports and documentation to track the impact and outcomes of training initiatives.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborates with Series & teams to understand their training needs and expectations.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with Associates, ensuring their satisfaction with our training services.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Education) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a technology trainer, instructor, or educator.
- Proficiency or willingness to quickly engage in the technology domains relevant to the training programs you will deliver (i.e. Salesforce, Microsoft 365, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles and audience needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in the technology domain you specialize in.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Travels across the U.S. (heavy travel during rollout periods)
