Hiring a Support Specialist to focus on both help desk support and systems administration. Team members perform many tasks including installing and configuring workstations, application software, operating systems, network devices, and peripheral equipment (multi-function printers, BYOD, etc.)


  • Provide technical assistance and support, researching & resolving or escalating reported problems.
  • System administration tasks including backups, software patches and upgrades, system monitoring, and directory services administration.
  • Assist with IT equipment and software purchasing & inventory.
  • Contact manufacturer and vendor support when required to resolve technical issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

Team members bring two or more years of experience in Windows Desktop support including imaging, deployment, and device management.

Expertise supporting the following is expected:

  • Microsoft Office Suite including O365.
  • Personal computer hardware (Dell preferred).
  • IT Service Management systems.

Other technologies you’ll support:

  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Server.
  • Microsoft 365.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM).


  • Foundational networking
  • PowerShell / Python scripting and/or .NET programming
  • Associate / Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline
