Software Engineer

Our product development team is seeking software engineers to contribute to the ongoing development and scaling of our existing suite of applications serving a suite of customer-facing products.

Role

• Work on developing key features across our iPhone, Android, and Web applications used across the globe.
• Enhance our micro-services infrastructure to scale the speed at which we can serve our customers.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience developing production-ready MVC Web applications using Ruby, Python, or Server-Side JavaScript.
• Comprehension of good database schema design and writing efficient database queries.
• Responsive design for use on Mobile, Tablet, Desktop, and beyond.
• Understanding of Test-Driven Development Agile Methodologies.
• Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field a plus.

Bonus Points for

• Development of Mobile apps using Cordova or PhoneGap
• Single Page Frameworks (React, Angular, Backbone/Marionette, etc.).
• Data handling in ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL and Redis.
