The Hogan Development team is comprised of application developers and architects providing support of our Core Deposits and Customer systems (also known as Hogan Systems). These core banking systems provide the means to customize our online, real-time access to the bank’s customer accounts and relationships across the entire enterprise. This allows us to offer our consumer, commercial and small business customers convenient, easy access to their accounts, how, when and where they want it.
As a Sr. Hogan Developer, you will play a critical role in collaborating with business partners and analysts to analyze the Hogan System’s current capabilities to drive development and implementation of system improvement and optimization following secure coding practices. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which involves other multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership.
This role is hybrid (Tue & Wed on-site) for candidates in the Kansas City metropolitan area and open to qualified remote candidates outside of the Kansas City area but only within the US.
How you’ll spend your time:
Work closely with business partners and analysts to evaluate current state of Hogan system, identify potential enhancements, and then implementing them.
Provide support of the general Hogan environment and applications to ensure peak performance to avoid business disruption.
We’re excited to talk with you if:
You have at least 5 years of experience in application development on Hogan System specifically in the following RPS applications: CIS, AIF & PAS. This experience should include extensions to a vendor-delivered package.
You have at least 3 years of coding experience in PAS and/or Hogan HD.
You have at least 5 years of experience in IBM mainframe development and testing tools (i.e. TSO/SPF, Compuware/Macro4 or equivalent).
You have experience with real-time payments processing.
Bonus Points If:
You have knowledge and experience in RPM application.
