Job Description

Our fast-growing startup is looking for an experienced B2B Software Sales Executive looking to grow their career while working with some of the most well-known companies in the world!  The ideal candidate will possess the confidence to build relationships as they solve challenges for Director, VP, and C-Suite level executives across the national territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound generated, outbound prospected, and partner-referred pipeline of leads.
  • Qualify meetings across various teams (HR and Internal Communications, and Decision-Makers at larger organizations that host over 500 employees).
  • Deliver persuasive demos to match the strategic needs of potential customers.
  • Advise and cultivate relationships with prospects through the entire sales process to form trusting relationships.
  • Meet quarterly targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience in B2B Software Sales Role (4+ years).
  • Familiarity in Salesforce, Hubspot or similar CRM platforms.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience selling SaaS products related to Human Resources, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
