Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead a comprehensive Brand Overhaul project. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or advertising and will be skilled in organizing and executing large-scale projects. This role requires a strong Project Manager who can efficiently create milestone checklists from task sheets, develop to-dos, and ensure the timely completion of all rebranding activities, including the development of a new website.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop a detailed project plan with milestones using a Project Management tool such as Monday.com, MS Project, or other.
– Utilize Gantt Charts to track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
– Coordinate with over 100 employees across the US, including the CEO and COO in Boston, IT team in North Carolina, and Finance team in Chicago and North Carolina.
– Oversee the rebranding process, ensuring all elements are completed to a high standard.
– Manage communication and workflow using Jira and Asana for ticketing purposes.
– Create and maintain a milestone checklist from an existing task sheet.
– Assign and manage to-dos for all project participants.
– Ensure all project activities, including minor tasks like creating new letterhead and email signatures, are completed efficiently.
– Navigate and manage the complexities of a dispersed team across various locations.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or advertising environment.
– Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Monday.com, MS Project, or similar.
– Strong ability to create and manage detailed project plans and Gantt Charts.
– Experience with Jira and Asana for ticket management.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate a dispersed team.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: This position is based in our Kansas City, Missouri office. Remote coordination with team members across the US is required.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Note: This is a contract position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
