We are looking for two Data Engineers to join our team which will be building a best-in-class data ecosystem that is a critical step in accomplishing our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare outcomes at lower costs to our community. You will be on the ground floor of our brand-new cloud-native data platform which will be critical to our long-term organizational objectives.

We are looking for skilled, hands-on technicians who enjoy working across departments to uncover the stories our data can tell that can help us deliver positive outcomes to our customers and community.

  • Role

    Collaborate with data leaders to develop a deep understanding of our analytical capabilities that can be used to deliver valuable insights to our stakeholders.
  • Contribute to our roadmap by providing input on options and opportunities to better leverage our data in support of our long-term vision.
  • Stay abreast of emerging tools and best practices in native-cloud data integration capabilities.
  • Design and implement data pipelines and transformations with a focus on data quality & capability.
  • Ensure production data pipelines are meeting or exceeding quality & performance metrics.
  • Mentor less experienced developers to upskill them on cloud data transformation capabilities.

Qualifications

These are key team player positions that require six or more years of experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) tools including PowerCenter. We also expect our new team members to bring recent experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Integration Services (IICS) on the Informatica CDQ platform.

Other expectations

  • Fundamental understanding of Informatica MDM concepts and how it integrates into the data pipeline landscape.
  • Basic understanding of core business concepts of healthcare (i.e. claims processes, member services, HEDIS, etc.)
  • Undergraduate Degree in a STEM-related field.

Experience/exposure to any of the following are a big plus:

  • Azure Data Lake
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Azure DevOps
  • Snowflake
