Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supports existing customers via phone and email and face-to-face communication ensuring clear accurate information is provided.
  • Provides technical support or training for systems and networks for end users
  • Maintains internal SaaS applications continually configuring solutions to meet needs of end users
  • Collaborates with customers on testing (UAT) during implementation of various solutions
  • Identifies and Implements IT RMM and PSA systems currently being used by IT department
  • Consults with decision makers and vendors to recommend IT solutions according to business needs
  • Manages external and internal client projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborates with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
  • Researches and reviews industry trends to ensure competitive IT solutions
  • Communicates customer licenses and upgrade schedules by providing monthly reporting
  • Institutes protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
  • Provides orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
  • Performs troubleshooting, repairs, and data restoration

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience providing end-user support and training
  • Demonstrated experience in solution configuration and implementation, technical support and training, system and network performance monitoring, troubleshooting and repairs, and customer service.
  • Hands-on experience with various SaaS applications, CRM, RMM, and PSA systems, and hardware and software installation and maintenance
  • Experience supporting technical environments that include: Windows, O365, HP/Lenovo/Dell laptops, iPhones/iPads, Windows servers and VM’s, Cisco, Fortigate
