We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for documenting results of gap analysis sessions and form them into requirements. This is a pivotal role in our ERP implementation project, ensuring all differences between existing processes and new processes are properly documented so that project planning can be completed accurately.

Essential Functions:

  • Attend all gap analysis and planning sessions during the Confirm Prototype stage of the project.
  • Take detailed and well-organized notes during meetings regarding decisions made, outstanding issues and identified paths forward for each process.
  • Follow up with subject matter experts regarding questions or additional information needed for each process and decision.
  • Work with accumulated notes and knowledge, along with IT staff, to form the notes into documented requirements for software customizations and integrations.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or other related field
  • 3 years of experience in a Business Analysis role
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to accurately define and document business requirements, including level of effort estimates and required resources
  • Ability to relate requirements to technical and non-technical staff
  • Working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to business functions.
  • Understands the complexity and inter-relatedness of business functions and company applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position communicates with all levels of employees (technical and non-technical).
  • Experience working with ERP implementations is a plus
