Role & Responsibilities:
- Manages the 90-day implementation cycle, configuring our software to client specifications and ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to go-live.
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships, offering consistent support and strategic advice.
- Conducts comprehensive training for key users, equipping them with the skills to maximize software use.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to apply client feedback and identify trends, aiding in the ongoing improvement of our software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Technology, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within an Employee Benefits Broker, Consulting Firm or Enterprise Software Company.
- Proven skills in project management, with experience in managing complex implementations.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity and professionalism in client communications.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills, able to assist clients in making informed decisions and improving operations.
